Entry products

These open the relationship: low threshold, quick decision, immediately usable result.

Scoping call (30 min, online)Free
We look at which digital or AI tools the organisation uses, plans or is introducing, and which service fits. This is not advice but scoping the engagement; you receive a written offer at the end.
AI literacy workshop – in-house (half day, 4 hours)HUF 160,000 / session
Hands-on training tailored to the AI tools actually used at your organisation: what they are good at, where they go wrong, what data must not be entered, who is responsible for the output. Since 27 July 2026, Article 4 of the AI Act requires providers and deployers to take measures supporting AI literacy, without guaranteeing an individual level. The workshop is therefore a documented measure tailored to your systems – not a certificate and not a guaranteed level. Includes a preliminary tool survey, training materials, attendance sheet and a short record of measures, for up to 20 participants.
21–35 participants: HUF 200,000
AI literacy workshop – open (half day, online)HUF 35,000 / person
The same curriculum with participants from several companies, for general-purpose tools (text generators and office AI assistants). For small companies that need to prepare 1–3 people.

One-off fees

If no package is needed, these fees apply. Projects and retainers are discounted relative to them.

Projects with fixed scope and price

Pre-defined work with a fixed deadline and price. Bands follow headcount; above 250 employees every project is quoted individually.

Digitalisation review≤49: HUF 450,000 · 50–249: HUF 900,000
I map the organisation's key processes and digital tools, show where time, data or accountability gets lost, and deliver a prioritised development plan. Includes management and staff interviews, process map, tool inventory, 6–12 month roadmap. Timeline: 3–4 weeks.
AI adoption on the user side≤49: HUF 650,000 · 50–249: HUF 1,200,000
The organisation introduces an off-the-shelf AI tool (e.g. an office assistant or text generator) and wants it used safely and with measurable benefit. Includes use case selection, tool selection criteria, clarifying intended purpose and roles (deployer or provider), a draft internal AI usage guideline, pilot group support and an in-house AI literacy workshop. Timeline: 6–8 weeks.
If the guideline takes effect as an employer policy, the partner law firm reviews the final text.
AI Act readiness assessment – HR systems≤49, ≤2 systems: HUF 900,000 · 50–249, ≤5 systems: HUF 1,600,000
AI used in recruitment, selection, performance evaluation, task allocation or employee monitoring may be high-risk under Annex III point 4 of the AI Act; obligations apply from 2 December 2027. Includes an inventory of HR AI systems, preliminary risk classification (including checking that prohibited workplace emotion recognition is excluded), clarification of roles, an organisational and documentation gap list, a plan for informing employees and their representatives, and a roadmap to December 2027. Timeline: 4–6 weeks.
The assessment is organisational and process-level; the legal opinion on compliance is given by the partner law firm under a separate engagement.

Collective labour law and representation

Introducing digital and AI tools is not just a technical decision but a shared matter with employee representatives. Under section 264 of the Hungarian Labour Code, the employer must request the works council's opinion at least 15 days before deciding, among other things on new technology and technical tools for monitoring employees.

Preparing works council and union consultation on AI adoptionHUF 380,000 / tool
For employers who want the consultation to be meaningful, not a formality. Includes a plain-language impact description for the representatives, agenda and question list, moderation of two meetings and documentation. For high-risk AI systems, the AI Act also requires prior information of employees and their representatives from 2 December 2027.
Each additional meeting: HUF 60,000. Drafting of works agreements or collective agreements: partner law firm.
Algorithmic management review≤49: HUF 700,000 · 50–249: HUF 1,300,000
I identify which systems allocate tasks, measure performance or monitor work, and where accountability gaps arise between people and algorithms. The rules on employee monitoring and works council consultation already apply, and the AI Act's ban on workplace emotion recognition has applied since February 2025. Includes a system inventory, anonymous employee survey, management interviews and recommended measures. For platform companies it also covers the algorithmic management chapter of the Platform Work Directive.
Training for employee representativesHUF 112,000 / session
For works council members and union officials: what to ask when an AI or monitoring system is introduced, what information they are entitled to, how to read an impact description. Half day, with practical cases.
Includes the 20% representation discount. Individual offer for training funded by EU or grant sources.
Negotiation preparation for a digitalisation agreementHUF 300,000
When employer and representatives conclude an agreement on AI, monitoring or remote-work tools, I prepare one side for the negotiation: content concept, priorities, practice in other countries. I only represent one side at a time.
Concept and one preparatory workshop. The agreement text is drafted by the partner law firm.

Pay transparency

The transposition deadline of the EU Pay Transparency Directive (2023/970/EU) was 7 June 2026; the Hungarian act is expected to be adopted in October 2026 and to take effect in 2027. It affects every employer regardless of size: disclosing pay ranges to applicants, a ban on asking about pay history, objective pay-setting criteria, employees' right to information.

Gender pay gap reporting starts by headcount:

HeadcountFrequencyFirst report
250+annually7 June 2027
150–249every three years7 June 2027
100–149every three years7 June 2031
below 100none under the directive's minimum–

A joint pay assessment (with employee representatives) is required if an objectively unjustified pay gap of at least 5% exists in a category of workers and is not remedied within six months. Hungarian details may change until the act is adopted.

Pay transparency readiness workshop (half day)HUF 160,000
For HR and management: what to do now, what to expect from Hungarian legislation, where the organisation stands today. Result: a prioritised to-do list.
Readiness project≤49: HUF 550,000 · 50–249: HUF 1,400,000
Grouping jobs by work of equal value, documenting pay-setting criteria, redesigning recruitment (pay range disclosure), and reviewing digital or algorithmic tools that affect pay or performance evaluation. Timeline: 6–10 weeks.
Supporting a joint pay assessmentIndividual offer
If the report shows an unjustified pay gap, employer and employee representatives must jointly identify causes and remedies. I support the process as a neutral moderator or as one side's adviser.

Ongoing arrangements

Ongoing arrangements are cheaper than one-off fees in exchange for predictable, pre-committed collaboration.

Monthly retainer: continuous availability on digitalisation, AI use and employee representation, with a monthly regulatory digest (AI Act, pay transparency, platform work, workplace monitoring). Unused hours roll over for one month. Work beyond the retainer: HUF 27,000 / hour.

Quarterly reviewHUF 180,000 / quarter
After an assessment or adoption: each quarter I review the AI and digital tool inventory, new tools and regulatory changes, with one meeting and a short written summary – so the assessment stays current.

Any monthly retainer or the quarterly review prepaid for 12 months: one month (or 50% of the fourth quarter for the review) free.

Corporate digital responsibility (CDR)

CDR looks at how an organisation handles the human impact of digital tools: data, algorithms, employees' digital workload and digital exclusion. CDR is a voluntary framework, not a legal obligation. Introductory price for the first three engagements.

CDR baseline assessmentHUF 400,000
I map the organisation's practice in five areas: data culture, transparency of algorithmic decisions, employees' digital well-being and disconnection, digital accessibility, environmental footprint of digital operations. Result: a CDR profile and five prioritised steps; usable for voluntary sustainability reporting or supplier data requests from larger reporting partners. Timeline: 3 weeks.
Up to 249 employees.
CDR leadership workshop (half day)HUF 160,000
For leadership teams: what digital responsibility means in their own operations, and which two or three areas carry the greatest risk or opportunity right now.

Partners for legal work

Where the work requires a legal opinion, representation, or contract or policy text, I refer the client to an independent partner. Partners invoice directly at their own rates; there is no commission or fee-sharing between us.
